About

From the moment an eight-year-old Jeremy Ho opened his father's weathered copy of "How to Win Friends and Influence People," he was destined to transform lives. That treasured Dale Carnegie book, with its dog-eared pages and margins filled with his father's wisdom, ignited a passionate quest to understand the depths of human potential – a voyage that continues to impact thousands of people worldwide.

Today, Jeremy Ho (Coach “J”) stands as a powerful voice in personal growth mastery, with a focus on two domains:

- Team dynamics: Empowering companies and entrepreneurs to build superstar teams for profit using game-based learning.

- Career: Guiding ambitious mid to senior level professionals to find their purpose, land their dream roles, and design careers that redefine success on their own terms.

As the architect of learning strategy at KPMG, Jeremy orchestrated a learning revolution that touched 3,000+ professionals across all functions (Audit, Advisory, Tax, Central Services). His visionary approach to modern, personalized learning earned KPMG Business School prestigious recognition at the Employee Experience Industry Awards: Best In-House Learning Academy (Gold) and Best Soft Skills Training Program (Silver). Some of the initiatives he launched include KPMG Leadership Academy, Spark Sessions (to stimulate curiosity and fresh thinking on what was done around the world), and Power Skills Series (to build capabilities for current and future needs). He was also involved in external consulting engagements where he advised clients on the design and implementation of digital fitness programs.

During his tenure with AchieveForum (recognized as one of the world’s top companies in leadership development and now Korn Ferry) and Miller Heiman Group (world’s largest customer management consultancy and now also part of Korn Ferry), Jeremy helped companies to optimize performance and strengthen their competitive market position. Some of the industries he consulted with include Internet Software & Services, Information & Analytics, Financial Services, Consumer Goods, Oil & Gas, Chemical, and Semiconductor. As a Master Trainer, he also certified instructors throughout Asia on various topics (leadership, customer experience, sales) and coached them in effective training techniques (Train-The-Trainer certification).

Jeremy's remarkable journey includes being an agency recruiter with Robert Walters, where he recruited for sales & marketing positions in Technology, Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), Pharmaceutical, and Medical Device sectors. He was also a corporate recruiter with Electronic Arts. At Kelly Services and LinkedIn, he coached recruiters to become high performing recruiters.

As a Certified Behavioural Consultant, he is qualified to administer and interpret the DISC personality profiling system, which is designed for use in areas such as executive coaching, team building, and conflict resolution.

What sets Jeremy apart isn't just his rigorous methodology or his heart-centered approach – it is his unique ability to seamlessly blend both. Clients invest in his expertise, but they stay for his authentic commitment to their transformation.

As a bridge builder across cultures and multi-generations in the workplace, Jeremy possesses an extraordinary gift for helping individuals discover the hidden connections between their innate talents and success. He is also committed to helping people strengthen their emotional intelligence and recognize how their words and actions have a significant ripple effect on their team, community, and the world.

Outside of work, Jeremy finds his greatest joy in the simple moments – sharing precious time with his wife and playfully chasing his two kids around their home.
